Dalia is an amazing therapist. She is very reliable, accepting, and nonjudgemental of whatever you bring to the table (or the couch…). She is non-pathologizing so she normalizes whatever you are going through and explains how it makes sense given the circumstances. She practices Emotionally Focused Therapy which helps you to see where your vulnerabilities are and how to strengthen yourself and your relationships against the craziness that is life. She mostly works with couples but is great for individual therapy as well. I started going right after my daughter was born and she helped me so much with the stress of being a new parent, and she let me bring my baby to the sessions. I would highly recommend her!

My husband and I also did her couples workshop and it was much better than we expected, which is saying a lot. We saw her save marriages that weekend. We had just had a new baby and it was great to take the time to focus on keeping our connection strong. I also appreciated how available she and Owen were to talk in between sessions to help people go deeper, and I liked how private it was, without any need to discuss your relationship with the whole group. If you are considering it, definitely go!
